At Beaumont Prints, every artwork is produced individually once an order has been placed. Each print is carefully created using museum-grade giclée printing on premium Hahnemühle paper to ensure exceptional quality and longevity.
Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Change of Mind
As all artworks are printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind once an order has been placed.
We encourage customers to carefully review the artwork, size selection, and order details prior to completing their purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
To process a claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the damage or fault

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once assessed, we will arrange either:

A replacement print at no cost, or

A full refund, where appropriate.
Condition of Claims
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

The item must be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly produced.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

The artwork must not have been altered, framed, or otherwise modified.
Shipping Damage
While every effort is made to package artworks securely, damage during transit can occasionally occur. If this happens, please retain the original packaging and contact us promptly so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
